1.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• Sending unsolicited bulk emails or messages
• Mass distribution of promotional content without consent
• Email harvesting or scraping contact information
• Chain letters or pyramid schemes

1.4 Security Violations

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts

You agree to:

• Use the service for legitimate business purposes
• Provide accurate company and contact information
• Honor quotes and commitments made to clients
• Comply with consumer protection laws and business regulations

3. Prohibited Business Practices

You may not use Renoz to facilitate:

• Deceptive or misleading business practices (e.g., bait-and-switch, false advertising)
• Price fixing or other anti-competitive behavior
• Unlicensed professional services requiring certification
• Services that violate housing, employment, or lending discrimination laws
• Collection practices that violate consumer protection laws

4. Data Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Use customer data obtained through Renoz for purposes other than providing your services
• Sell, rent, or share customer contact information with third parties
• Use data for targeted advertising without explicit consent
• Combine data from multiple sources to de-anonymize users
• Retain customer data longer than necessary for business purposes

5. System Integrity

To maintain system integrity and performance, you may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels
• Frame or mirror any part of the service
• Use the service to develop competing products

6. Reporting Violations
