Your California Privacy Rights
This page provides information for California residents about their privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information. This page supplements our main Privacy Policy.

5.2 Right to Delete

5.3 Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
5.4 Right to Opt-Out of Sale
We do not sell your personal information and have not sold personal information in the past 12 months. Therefore, there is no need to opt-out of sales.
5.5 Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law (e.g., providing requested services, security).
5.6 Right to Non-Discrimination
You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service solely because you exercised your privacy rights.

Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We may:
- Ask you to provide information that matches our records
- Request verification through your registered email address
- For deletion requests, require additional verification steps
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization from you and may need to verify their own identity. We may require you to directly verify your identity and confirm the authorization.
Response Timeframe
We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods vary based on:

- Legal and regulatory requirements

- Whether you have an active account with us
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from your child, please contact us immediately.
9. California "Shine the Light" Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
